Pump some oil into the palm of your hand until you have a decent amount. Rub your hands together and apply the oil to the mids and ends of your hair as needed. Best results are seen when left in for at least 4 hours to overnight. You can also use it before shampooing to protect your ends from dryness or before bleaching or dying your hair. It also acts as a heat protectant.
